Frequently Asked Questions
Is LPR going to disrupt our day-to-day operations?
No. LPR works with historical information in closed financial years. We use our own staff to locate supporting documentation for our queries and negotiate and recover the overpayments from Vendors on your behalf.
Will LPR adversely impact on the relationship we have painstakingly built up with our Vendors?
No. One element of our employment criteria is the fact that our staff must have had prior “quality” experience within the accounts payable, accounts receivable, warehousing and procurement field and therefore must understand and safe-guard the sensitivities of relationships between buyers and Vendors.
How will our Staff re-act to LPR and how will LPR deal with their insecurities in this respect?
We make it clear from the beginning, usually through planned meetings, that we are there to assist accounting staff and we need their support. We are after all employed by you (our Client) and thus go out of our way to be of any assistance to your staff in their roles.
How much time is required of our staff?
From filing to phone calls or emails, LPR professionals perform all the work. With the exception of our initial introduction to your staff (approximately 1 hour), your staff are not required to perform any additional duties.
We require one dedicated person that we will liaise with on all our queries and invoices.
What about confidentiality? “We don’t want anyone looking through our files”
All information viewed by our professionals remain strictly confidential. At no time will your information be shared with outside parties. Additionally, all our employees Employment Contracts as well as our Employee Handbook contains a clause that specifically addresses this very issue.
How are these errors collected?
